Once everything is agreed, we’ll book a date for an initial telephone assessment and further actions necessary.

Once we’ve gathered all of the information we need from you, we’ll build your bespoke legal register. This will contain:

•    A draft of your Legal Compliance Obligations Register

•    A Compliance Action Plan which assists you in managing any identified noncompliances noted during the project

•    A Registered Revision Tracker which contains questions for you to answer

Each entry in your register will contain a link to the corresponding summary of that entry in our Consolidated service. This summary pulls all amendments for that piece of legislation into one document, showing you how the law stands today. No need to trawl through all the amendments and then piece them together yourself – we’ve done the hard work for you. It also means your register is not full of amending documents; it can focus on what it needs to do.

We have an additional Managed Update Service which you can choose to add on. Through this service, we’ll keep your register maintained throughout the year. We’ll also provide you with a Register Revision Tracker that will make you aware of future new and amended legislation that may affect your business. This keeps you ahead of changes before they happen.
