Our expert team will work with you to produce a bespoke legal register tailored specifically to your business. Whether you’re looking to achieve ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 or are maintaining your existing accreditation, your register will meet the requirements of your ISO standard.

We will work with you to understand your organisation’s sites and activities, and will use this information to produce your compliance register. This will document the legal conditions and provisions that apply to you, how they relate to your organisation, and the key obligations you must comply with.

The process

Scoping

We’ll send you a short assessment. This will ask you for some key information that will allow us to scope the project.

Setting dates

Once everything is agreed, we’ll book a date for an initial telephone assessment and further actions necessary.

Your Legal Compliance Obligations Register

Once we’ve gathered all of the information we need from you, we’ll build your bespoke legal register. This will contain:

• A draft of your Legal Compliance Obligations Register

• A Compliance Action Plan which assists you in managing any identified noncompliances noted during the project

• A Registered Revision Tracker which contains questions for you to answer

Understanding your register

Each entry in your register will contain a link to the corresponding summary of that entry in our Consolidated service. This summary pulls all amendments for that piece of legislation into one document, showing you how the law stands today. No need to trawl through all the amendments and then piece them together yourself – we’ve done the hard work for you. It also means your register is not full of amending documents; it can focus on what it needs to do.

Managed Update Service

We have an additional Managed Update Service which you can choose to add on. Through this service, we’ll keep your register maintained throughout the year.
