Alongside your Aspects & Impacts Register, we will also create an Aspects Diagram. This visual summary identifies and records the environmental aspects arising from your organisation’s activities, processes, services and products. The departments assessed are taken directly from your scope. The diagram gives you a clear, at-a-glance view of all relevant aspect areas – essentially, anything that could cause environmental impact – in one simple visual. It provides a streamlined way to understand and validate the aspects identified.

When you present your Aspects & Impacts Register to auditors, you’ll also need to provide the documented process or methodology you used to create it. This allows them to confirm that your approach is systematic, comprehensive, and repeatable. Alongside producing your register, we’ve written this procedure for you. It gives you and your auditor full transparency over the steps taken and ensures the process aligns with audit expectations. In other words, we’ve not only done the sums, we’ve shown the workings too.
