White Screen Woes

Occasionally, you may come across this screen while trying to access the service.

If this happens, please try clearing your cookies and cache, which should resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can try using a different browser.

If neither of these options works, please get in touch with your account manager or email

Blue Screen Blues

If you encounter a blue screen while trying to access the service, don’t worry!

This error message appears when all the licenses included in your subscription are already in use.

To resolve this, you should check with your colleagues to see if they are using the license that you need access to. If they are, ask them to log out if they’ve finished using the service.
