Nathan originally joined the Barbour team in 2020 as a legal writer and researcher. After demonstrating his specialised knowledge, meticulous research and dedication, he progressed into a full-time EHS consultant role.

In this capacity, he uses his specialist expertise to build and maintain bespoke legal registers, enabling organisations to achieve and uphold ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 accreditations.
