Why is the platform functionality changing?
Customer feedback showed that whilst folders work initially, they become difficult to manage as compliance needs grow. The new system provides better organisation, clearer oversight, and workflow capabilities that make compliance management more efficient at scale.
Will I lose my existing content?
No. Your legislation and compliance information will be preserved and continue to be accessible throughout the transition. We will also supply you with an export of your information (Excel) so that you have the details at that point in time.
Do I have to migrate?
Yes, all customers will move to the new platform. We will do everything possible to make the transition as smooth as possible. If you have a particularly complex setup, please get in touch and we will consult with you directly.
