• The prize draw is open only to individuals who have received a direct invitation from Barbour EHS to complete the survey and who submit their completed survey before 11:59pm on Sunday 21st April 2025.
• Survey links must not be shared or forwarded. Responses submitted via shared or third-party links will not be eligible for the prize draw.
• Responses that are incomplete, contain blank or clearly invalid information, or appear to be submitted solely to gain entry to the prize draw (rather than to provide genuine feedback) will be deemed ineligible.
• Employees of Barbour EHS or associated companies are not eligible to enter.
• Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon full and valid completion of the online survey before the stated deadline.
• There are five (5) £50 Amazon vouchers available to be won.
• Winners will be the first five names randomly selected from all valid entries after the survey closes.
• The draw will be conducted using a secure, independent online prize draw generator to ensure fairness and true randomness.
• Prizes will be issued as Amazon vouchers; however, we are happy to discuss alternative retailers should a winner prefer.
• Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the survey closing.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Barbour EHS reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible participant.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Barbour EHS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to withdraw prizes in cases of actual or suspected misuse, inaccuracy, or fraud.
• By entering, participants agree to these terms and the use of anonymised survey data for internal research purposes only.
