The Welsh Ministers have published the Digital Waste Tracking (Wales) Regulations SI 2026/105, which introduce a system of digital waste tracking from 1 October 2026 in Wales.
The Regulations apply to the operators of facilities that have a permit to carry out a waste activity under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations SI 2016/1154.
