According to the Working Conditions Act, a work-related accident is an event at work or during working hours that immediately leads to health damage. It may be an accident within a company, within an institution, at a (construction) site, or when travelling for work. As a rule, if the injury arises whilst driving to or from work (commuting) this is not classed as an industrial accident.
